Since grade school I was overweight and unhealthy. Played football and hockey in high school. I was strong but 100lbs overweight by high school which continued to get worse through college.
Turning Point
I was unhappy with life and my weight and decided something had to change. Started doing workouts at home, which got boring real quick. A friend introduced me to CrossFit and the rest is history.
Motivation & Passion
I will help anyone who asks for it. I’ve basically done everything wrong, and am willing to try everything, I like being the test subject. It’s amazing when you finally find something that works for you that you worked so hard to figure out, helps build character and helps drive a lifestyle change, not just a temporary quick fix like most are searching for.
