DON’T HEAR IT FROM US, HEAR IT FROM THEM
The physical strength I’ve gained has allowed me to do so many things I’ve never done before- climb a rope, do kipping pull-ups, kick up to a handstand against a wall, squat with weight overhead, and countless other things! But my biggest goal had been the kipping pull-ups!
CrossFit Holdfast became my new home after a deployment. I returned home feeling like I lost my friends, my routine, myself and CrossFit Holdfast welcomed me with open arms and allowed me to find the things I lost!
For me it’s about 1/3 physical, 1/3 nutritional, and 1/3 mental/relational. I actually am not able to put it all together unless it’s in this format. I need the programming/coaching, I need to watch what I drink/eat, and I need the platform where I am accepted as I am
