WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session your coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in crossfit as well as review your range of motion and the various ways we can scale the workouts to make sure your are moving safely and meeting the stimulus. We want you to feel ready and confident when you join your first group class as a Holdfast Member.
