CrossFit Holdfast is not your average work out, and not your average gym. CFH exists to empower people through fitness and nutrition to achieve an active and healthy lifestyle. We are driven by results and passionate about the health of our community. Treadmills, mirrored walls, weight machines, headphones, are not something you’ll find here. Pull up bars, kettlebells, barbells, jump ropes, and a support group second to none, that’s what we’re made of.
We provide constantly varied programming to ensure that you will never get bored with your work outs. Each day a new WOD (workout of the day) is provided for you that is scalable to suit your fitness level and goals. Each class is an hour in length and is led by a certified CrossFit instructor. You are never left alone to “just figure things out”, we’re there to guide you through every part of the warm-up, strength or skill session, and into the WOD. Our programming aims to improve your capacity in ten recognized fitness domains, cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. The result is comprehensive physical fitness and restored vitality.
